Please watch the full video. It has all the information plus you can see the startup and flight. (If you need a lower price we can sell the plane without the Garmin 650 for $10,000 less or $79,000) This plane has a Garmin GTN650 touchscreen GPS/NAV/COMM and Stec 50 autopilot (2 axis with altitude hold). Long range tanks and nice interior. All logs since new. No accident history. ADS-B out. We bought this plane from a local dealer because it is very hard to find 182s with advanced avionics below $100K. We did maintenance items that needed attention including a new muffler, fuel strainer, hoses, belt and a number of other items. I had a few flights in the plane, it starts up and flies nicely. You can see it flying in the video. There is one item left on our list we didn’t get a chance to finish. The windshield has chips and scratches on the right side. Pilot side is clear. Even though it's not a very expensive item, time was the problem for us because we have a shortage of hangers for the winter. So this plane has to sell. You have the opportunity to buy it for a low price. This plane would be ideal for someone wanting to have a 182 with the latest avionics at a lower price point but not for someone looking to buy a perfect 182. Garmin GTN650 and Stec 50 Autopilot alone would cost over $37,000 to install. Even though there is nothing really noticeable about the paint I would say it is in average condition due to its age. Some minor chips. Clean airframe, no damages, hail or dents in the plane. Engine starts right up. Runs fine. No oil leaks. Fresh oil change and filter had no metal. (You can see in the video how nicely the engine starts, runs and that it makes full power at takeoff.) With extended range 84 gal tanks and a useful load of 1170 lbs it can carry 4 people long range. Also, the 182N model has a higher service ceiling of 17,700ft so you can fly over any mountain. I didn't have any long cross country experience in the plane since we bought it locally. I did have about 4-5 flights each a few hours long. It flies like any other 182. Great climb performance with solid and predictable handling. Stable in cruise. We like to describe our planes as best we can so you don't have surprises. It is not a premium 182. It is a decent plane with expensive, great avionics for the price of a 172. If you don't need the GTN650 we can sell for $79,000. Please watch the full video. All logs are available online for you to review. Thank you for your interest 6 things we do: 1.
