  Description

Lowest time Cessna Cardinal 177B. Only 2927 total time & only 5 hours on the engine and propeller since the overhaul. You’ll get a full warranty on the engine. Latest, top of the line Garmin avionics, autopilot, nice newer paint, clean interior, all logs since new, hangared in the Midwest, IFR, fresh annual. Everything an owner would like to have when buying a plane. Cardinal fixed gear planes are hard to find. This is actually a rare situation for a used plane, you’ll get a full warranty on the engine. It has the most expensive overhaul with lots of brand new parts by a leading company, Western Skyways. Propeller also has only 5 hours. It’s rare to get an engine warranty but this has a full warranty and will transfer to the new owner. Very nice Garmin panel. Latest Garmin GTN 650 GPS reduces pilot workload and displays all info including traffic and terrain. Top of the line Garmin GTX345 transponder; ADS-B in & out, free, current weather and traffic to any mobile app like ForeFlight. Dual Garmin indicators, both have CDI with glideslope. Garmin audio panel with 4 place intercom. Accuflight autopilot. These upgrades cost around $38,000. We all like a head turning, nice looking plane to own and fly and take our friends and family. You can see it has a newer, nice exterior and paint. Everything is matching including wheel pants. No hail or corrosion. A couple small sections with little dents but not very noticeable (see the video). This Cardinal has speed modification updates. It seems to fly faster than an average 177B. In the descent it was too fast so I had to reduce power a lot to maintain the speed. A very clean interior with upgrades. Clean interior tells how well the plane has been maintained. Comfortable seats, rear seats recline. Cardinal has the largest space including leg room. No reported accident history. Previous owner somehow managed to scrape one side of the prop blade. (Even though it was one side and a minor scrape that was hardly noticeable we decided to do a full engine and prop overhaul.) It's an IFR plane and just came out of an extensive annual. When we do an annual or maintenance we go in detail and take care of anything that needs to be done, even items that aren’t required. New tires, new $1000 GPS ELT, battery and many other parts. Cardinal is one of the best planes you can own. Smooth, stable, predictable, enjoyable to fly and a great IFR plane. Very light on controls so anyone can fly and the best views. Lycoming 0-360 is one of the best engines. Very reliable and low maintenance, low cost to insure. Carry 4 average adults about 800 miles. Fly 145mph, burn only 8-10 gal/hr. Ceiling is 14,600ft so fly over any mountain. Please watch the full video including the flight. To learn all about 177B we have a 177B Cardinal full review with over 42,000 views on our YouTube channel. We listed the plane for a fair price since basic 172's are selling over $100K now. Average cost to do these upgrades Avionics $38,000 Engine and propeller $36,000 Paint $18,000 Total of $92,000 When you add the value of the plane, the asking price is actually low. The video play icon   I want to trade my aircraft with this 1973 CESSNA 177B

I have been watching Megan do YouTube videos on aircraft for sale. She does such thorough reviews on the planes the previous owner could usually learn something about their old plane. You can imagine my pleasure when I saw a video about a 182 that I was actively interested in buying. When I got to see the plane in person it was exactly as described. Then AeroLife Aviation helped me with the training I needed and arranged for some routine maintenance I requested. Everything was above and beyond my high expectations. Thank you Megan and AeroLife Aviation

- Raymond B.

Great buying experience with Megan. Plane was exactly as described and we could not be more pleased with our purchase.

- Brad Rentz

As first-time aircraft buyers, we felt in excellent hands with Megan at Aerolife. From the first moment of contact with her to the time we picked up our 1973 Cessna 177 Cardinal in Minnesota, Megan made the experience smooth, straight-forward and transparent. Megan went out of her way to explain specific technical questions we had, helped with recommendations on inspection items, arranged CFIs to get checked out and was available throughout the process to reassure and guide us through the logistics of the purchase process. We would definitely purchase from Aerolife Aviation in the future and wholeheartedly recommend the company, and especially Megan as an honest, fair and trustworthy airplane broker with top-notch customer service.

- Birgit, Henry and Kurt

This is the third aircraft I have purchased in my lifetime so I can say from experience this was my best buying experience by far. I have complete confidence in Aerolifes business model of how Aerolife will acquire an aircraft then thoroughly and professionally inspect the airplane then fix or replace what ever needs done if any to prepare that aircraft to sell. No smoke and mirrors, they are very upfront and forward in regards to any imperfections with your new plane. I recently purchased a beautiful Cessna 182Q and couldn’t be happier with my plane and how Megan and her team helped guide me though the transfer of my last plane and purchase of my new 182Q. I really enjoyed getting to meet Megan and all the super friendly folks up in Fergus Falls MN when I went up to fly my new plane for the first time. Overall excellent experience.

- Ray P.

Aerolife Aviation made the purchase of our 182 P an easy and stress free transaction. Megan was extremely helpful in answering all of the MANY questions we had before, during and after the purchase process. Aerolife was very professional and honest regarding the aircraft. Megan was easy to work with. She handled all the purchase details and even arranged delivery of our airplane. We highly recommend Aerolife.

- Lynn and Glen

AeroLife Aviation were very forthright and most accommodating to me in the purchase process. The entire process was smooth and efficient.

- Michael S.

Aerolife is a great company to work with. They are very accommodating and provide great service that makes the buying experience both smooth and pleasurable.

- Mitch

I really enjoyed dealing with Megan @ AeroLife Aviation during the purchase of this Cessna 182P. They delivered a plane that met every expectation as advertised. They held nothing back by providing all log's, AD's, & 337's for our review. Then upon inspection absolutely nothing was found not previously disclosed. I have purchased a really nice airplane thanks to Megan and her team.

- Tom A.

I highly recommend Aerolife Aviation. They are easy to work with, honest, and very knowledgeable in planes and aviation. We love our Cirrus! Thanks
