  Description

Please watch the full video of the plane for all the details and to see how it flies at over 10,000ft The airplane market keeps rising and it's hard to find good planes. We found this nice Midwest plane recently. The owner kept it hangared on and flew out of his grass strip. Annual was just completed. Even though the plane has higher hours, the condition of the plane, how it has been maintained and how it flies indicates it’s a solid plane. We’ve had multiple flights in the plane and in the test flight for the video we even flew the plane to over 10,000ft. It’s a nice flying airplane. Also this plane has many upgrades including digital avionics that you usually don't see in most 172M’s. No damage history. This is a 172M model. This model is the most in demand for many reasons. It has better slow flight characteristics. But the main reason for the popularity of this plane is its engine. Lycoming 0-320-E2D engine is regarded as a long lasting, low maintenance engine. This engine has 2190 hours. Even though TBO is 2000 hours, these engines can run much longer. Even flight schools run them for around 3000-3500 hours. (The plane I fly at night and cross country has about 3000 hours on the engine). Good compressions at 70-76-78-70. Good oil pressure. Very little oil use. After 10 hours of flights, oil is still golden. No leaks. Starts easy and runs very well. All good sigs of solid engine (watch the video to see). Updated digital avionics with dual digital radios. Easy to use and less workload on the pilot. ADS-B out so you can fly in any US airspace and airport without restrictions. Plane has additional gauges like carb temp and VOR-CDI. The plane has all the signs of being well kept and well maintained. All the glass is clean. All gauges are also very clean and easy to read. Nice clean interior. This 172M has special features like both door windows can open. Both seats are dual articulating. 3 point seatbelt harness and dual push to talk buttons. The rest of the interior is in good condition as well. There are a few plastic pieces that have some small pieces missing which I show in the video. Exterior is in good shape. For most of the plane, the paint is nice. There are some small paint chips in the usual areas. The plane didn't come with wheel pants since it’s been flown off a grass strip, but If you like we can install a full set for about $700. Plane has all the airframe logs and the engine logs since overhaul. An older engine log from before the overhaul is missing but since it’s before the overhaul it isn’t significant. A nice flying, clean, Midwest plane for a very reasonable price in today's market. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions 6 things we do: 1. Transport anywhere in USA for low cost 2. Arrange prebuy with local mechanic or accommodate yours 3. Arrange to look at it on weekends also - if you schedule ahead 4. Aerolife Aviation was great to deal with. Megan handled the buying process well from providing the paperwork, to getting the plane delivered to a mechanic for inspection, and arranging the plane to be delivered to Alabama. I think the plane looks great and I am very happy with the purchase.

- Randy S.

Aerolife Aviation made the purchase of our 182 P an easy and stress free transaction. Megan was extremely helpful in answering all of the MANY questions we had before, during and after the purchase process. Aerolife was very professional and honest regarding the aircraft. Megan was easy to work with. She handled all the purchase details and even arranged delivery of our airplane. We highly recommend Aerolife.

Very easy to work with Aerolife and very accommodating, and knowledgeable. In a fast pace aggressive market for these planes they simplify buying process using DocuSign and knowing plenty of folks in industry to assist in the process if required.

- Travis Wisniewski

Great buying experience with Megan. Plane was exactly as described and we could not be more pleased with our purchase.

- Brad Rentz

I really enjoyed dealing with Megan @ AeroLife Aviation during the purchase of this Cessna 182P. They delivered a plane that met every expectation as advertised. They held nothing back by providing all log's, AD's, & 337's for our review. Then upon inspection absolutely nothing was found not previously disclosed. I have purchased a really nice airplane thanks to Megan and her team.

- Tom A.

Megan was very thorough and professional. We thought the process went very smooth. Enjoyed working through the process. Many Thanks

I will never be able to express my total gratitude and appreciation to Megan for her extremely professional, capable, friendly, honest, cleaver, resourceful, and experienced expertise! She not only helped me navigate the risky and sometimes stressful path to aircraft ownership, but spent numerous hours educating and helping me make the right decision in upgrades and other significant factors in the aircraft purchase. I am very impressed and totally trust Megan and Aerolife Aviation to satisfy all my future trade in and aircraft purchases. In fact, I will only deal with Aerolife Aviation and Megan from now on! A thousand thank you’s Megan! You made this happen!

- Patrick S.

As first-time aircraft buyers, we felt in excellent hands with Megan at Aerolife. From the first moment of contact with her to the time we picked up our 1973 Cessna 177 Cardinal in Minnesota, Megan made the experience smooth, straight-forward and transparent. Megan went out of her way to explain specific technical questions we had, helped with recommendations on inspection items, arranged CFIs to get checked out and was available throughout the process to reassure and guide us through the logistics of the purchase process. We would definitely purchase from Aerolife Aviation in the future and wholeheartedly recommend the company, and especially Megan as an honest, fair and trustworthy airplane broker with top-notch customer service.
