Low hour, Midwest plane with newer paint, luxury interior, updated Garmin avionics, ADS-B Out and JPI advanced engine monitor. These updates alone cost around $46,000. IFR certified plane with no damage history, all logs since new. We climbed straight to 10,000ft to see the performance. You’ll see how it flies in the video. Cessna 172M model, the most desired early 172 model. A more refined airplane with the E2D engine and camber lift wings. Midwest its entire life (ND & MN). They usually don't have corrosion or paint issues like you’ll find in some other areas. Hangared, well kept and well maintained. Mechanic who did the recent annuals & maintenance is very thorough and detail oriented. Current annual in March. IFR certified and current. Very low hours - Only 3731 hours total. Never registered to a flight school. Only private owners. Previous owner had it over 18 years. Beautiful condition, newer paint. A full strip and paint; the best way to do it. High quality Jet Glo paint lasts a very long time even in harsh conditions. I found just a few minor chips. Updated LED lights. Clean airframe. No hail or damages. See inside wing condition in the video. All glasses in clean condition but a small chip in the right lower windshield. Does not affect the view. It’s minor but as always we like to mention anything we notice. Updated premium interior and leather seats. It’s rare to see this high quality interior in a 172. Gives the plane a luxurious look and is very comfortable. Newer carpet. 3 point harness for all 4 seats. Extended baggage area. Rosen sun visors. Updated Garmin avionics; digital radios & transponder, Garmin moving map GPS -it’s an older model but has all information needed. We can update to a more advanced unit for a discounted price. JPI 830 engine analyzer included (upgrade of JPI 700). I fly a lot day and night; my most important upgrade is an advanced digital engine monitor. You can see all information for the engine, troubleshoot anomalies, save fuel and get a longer life out of your engine. ADS-B out installed - fly to any airport and in any airspace. Engine is Lycoming 0-320 E2D. One of the most desired engines and one of the best 4 cylinder engines ever made. Very good compression: 74 75 76 70 out of 80. All components and firewall are in very nice condition. Preheater installed helps extend the engine life. Avoid harmful cold starts. 1613 hours. Even flight schools run them over 3000 hours before overhaul. All logs since new. Wasn’t flown for a few years but looking at all the details and inspections we had no concern. It’s hard to find these planes in this condition. Especially with the amount of upgrades. I had multiple flights. The plane starts right up and flies very nicely.
