There are 16 reasons why this Cirrus is a better deal in today’s market. I went to see a number of SR22s before buying this plane and want to share my experience because some buyers actually miss important points when buying a SR22. (I also made a detailed video of the plane including a flight. Please watch the video above.) 1. Lowest time airframe. Only 1308 hours since new. With composite airplanes like SR22 the airframe time matters. 2. Low time engine. Only 230 hours since top overhaul with brand new cylinders. It is not just the hours, it is the actual condition of the engine that matters. This engine has great compressions of 78 at the recent annual. Oil analysis is very important as it tells you the internal condition of the engine. We did continuous oil analysis with all good results. This engine doesn't lose oil through the breather like many other engines. 3. Upgraded avionics. Latest Garmin 3D audio, you can listen to music and make phone calls. It is much easier to fly with the latest Garmin 650Xi touchscreen GPS. We even installed voice command so you can control them via voice. Great feature to have in busy situations. The transponder was also upgraded to Garmin ADS-B. 2 axis autopilot handles the plane very nicely. 4. Top of the line GTS model with extras. GTS sold for about $100,000 more than the other models when they were new. 5. De-Ice and Oxygen. Many SR22s I've looked at, even though de-ice is listed, it didn't work because the system needs to be used regularly. The airplane also comes with a specially made, expensive oxygen system. (Only turbo SR22’s come standard with oxygen) 6. Lowest price. Avionics upgrade and top overhaul cost is around $57,000. If you deduct that from the asking price it is only $289,000. That is well below today’s market for a very low hour 2005 SR22, top of the line, GTS model. 7. One previous owner who kept it in a hanger. 8. All logs since new, no accident history. No hidden liens. 9. Detailed annual inspection completed by one of the most experienced mechanics and all necessary work completed. (When I was looking at SR22s, I was surprised by the number of things that have not been completed during annuals.) 10. All life limit parts are completed (ex. seat belt tensioners aren't due until 2031 and parachute is not due until 2025). 11. You can see the full video of the plane, the condition, each feature, how it flies and that everything is working. (I've traveled thousands of miles looking at planes and many airplanes are not as advertised. That's why I made a detailed video of this plane so you can see everything including how it flies). Also, all logs are online for you to review. 12. We love aviation. You can see the reviews of customers on our site. Many customers buy sight unseen because of the trust they have in us. Customers’ trust is important to us, we don’t misguide customers. 13. Very good SR22. I've flown over a thousand miles and 6 hour long non-stop trips. Once I was at 12,000 ft getting over 200knots ground speed with the tail wind while using only 11.5 gallons per hour. 14. When you buy a Cirrus, even used, the Cirrus factory offers full training. It's called the Embark program. We can arrange one of the best instructors for your training. It is absolutely free. 15. We own the plane unlike most SR22 listings that are brokered. Some brokers I’ve talked to haven’t even seen or flown most planes they list. I have seen where they are different than described. There may be good brokers but actual owners like us fly, maintain and know about their plane. 16. Apart from all of the above, we can do upgrades if you need, help arrange transportation, find you the best insurance quotes and anything else to help you. (Please watch the video, we provide a lot of details) Please feel free to contact us with any questions. 5 things 1. Arrange a prebuy with a local mechanic or accommodate yours 2. Transport anywhere in USA for low cost 3. Arrange to look at it on weekends also - if you schedule ahead 4. Provide free 5-hour training with CFI if you need 5. Help you find financing & insurance
