  Description

Your personal mini airliner. This 414A Chancellor has been updated to a modern plane. Latest Garmin glass panel and avionics. Stunning new paint scheme. Real leather interior. Looks, feels and flies like a modern plane. Reasons we bought 414A: Fly around 225 knots, carry 7-8 people, fly 1400 miles. Much larger space and weight capacity than light jets. Highest single engine ceiling of almost 20,000ft. Large tail and rudder for safety in emergency. Service ceiling of 31,300ft even higher than King Air 90 turboprop. Fly over weather. Lavatory is a must for long range planes. Much less cost to own and operate than twin turboprops. Economy fuel burn 22-26 gallons. Take off and land on shorter runways. Pressurized and AC comfort. Certified to fly into known icing (FIKI). No other plane I know of can do all. Fully upgraded like this one, there’s really no better twin you can own in this price range. We can trade as well. (Our YouTube channel has over a million views. Please watch the most detailed video of Cessna 414A Chancellor including performance, comparison flight. Video also has best flying practices and tips to reduce maintenance.) Midwest well maintained plane. Previous owner had for over 30 years. We upgraded it to a modern plane. No accidents, all expensive ADs complied, all logs since new, maintained to much higher 135 standards until recently. Hangared, IFR certified and current, FIKI. Served us very well. Avionics upgrades alone cost around $200,000. Garmin G600 glass panel PFD MFD with synthetic vision and terrain make flying this plane easy and safe. Sandia EFIS backup. Garmin GTN 750 - best GPS/Nav/Com. Garmin 350c 3D audio panel. Garmin voice control. GTX 345 ADS-B in and out transponder for all inflight traffic and weather. Garmin 530W for backup. S-TEC 2100 advanced 3 axis autopilot with yaw damper and flight director. Vertical speeds, rate of climb/descent, altitude capture and hold. Fly all procedures and approaches, including vertical profile. Reduces pilot workload. Digital primary engine monitor JPI 960. Detailed, precise information. Fuel section has each tank, total, each pressure, fuel flow, time to empty. With this info we fly long trips to IFR minimums. Maximize engine life and troubleshoot easily. Audible landing height makes landing at any airport or night very easy. Exterior It looks stunning. Very rare 6 color custom designed new paint theme. Full strip and paint. Even has ivory pearl paint like new jets. All LED lights. Aero LED landing and taxi lights can light up most of the runway. VGs make it safer at low speeds. Wheel covers to reduce drag. De ice boots and heated windshield, props, pitot tube, stall warning and dual static ports make it FIKI certified. Non-heated side of the windshield has a minor scrape, no concern but l like to describe accurately. Robust hydraulic landing gear, fast operation, can use at high speed - 177 knots, even to slow down if needed. Gear shock has a very minor leak, we will be changing the gasket. Interior Rare, real rawhide leather with woodgrain trim, highest quality luxury interior you can find. A lot of storage. Very comfortable seats including a lavatory. A must for long flights. Foldable armrests. Easily adjustable to take a nap. Front seats are very comfortable sheepskin. Two foldable tables for food or work. Each station has light and vents. Upgraded high capacity electric AC and newer heater. AC can run on the ground without running the engines. Engines Continental TSIO-520NB engines with 310 horsepower. Engines have only 700 hours each. Starts and runs very well. Previous owner kept factory engines instead of RAM for easy maintenance without needing specialized parts. American Aviation intercoolers provide performance equal to RAM IV 325 engines. 3 Blade McCaulley heated props with 390 hours each. We keep the plane in heated hangers and carry a small generator to avoid cold starts. We do oil change every 25 hours and oil analysis. Good compression on all cylinders, clean oil analysis reports. Very hard to find a plane like this. It’s like a personal mini airliner. Aircraft is being sold as-is. We can help 1. Arrange to view any day even after hours 2. Arrange initial or recurrent insurance training with an excellent specialized instructor 3. Deliver to your airport 4. Find good insurance for you 5. Work with one of the best twin Cessna maintenance mechanics in USA; very hard to get into for new customer, you can continue maintenance with him in the future if you like. We are the only company to offer all this. For most new owners logistics are very difficult to arrange. Happy to help any way I can. Feel free to contact us any day, even weekends. (Even if you have good knowledge you’ll find something new in our video. Please watch)

The video play icon   I want to trade my aircraft with this 1978 CESSNA 414A

Great buying experience with Megan. Plane was exactly as described and we could not be more pleased with our purchase.

- Brad Rentz

This is the third aircraft I have purchased in my lifetime so I can say from experience this was my best buying experience by far. I have complete confidence in Aerolifes business model of how Aerolife will acquire an aircraft then thoroughly and professionally inspect the airplane then fix or replace what ever needs done if any to prepare that aircraft to sell. No smoke and mirrors, they are very upfront and forward in regards to any imperfections with your new plane. I recently purchased a beautiful Cessna 182Q and couldn’t be happier with my plane and how Megan and her team helped guide me though the transfer of my last plane and purchase of my new 182Q. I really enjoyed getting to meet Megan and all the super friendly folks up in Fergus Falls MN when I went up to fly my new plane for the first time. Overall excellent experience.

- Ray P.

Aerolife Aviation made the purchase of our 182 P an easy and stress free transaction. Megan was extremely helpful in answering all of the MANY questions we had before, during and after the purchase process. Aerolife was very professional and honest regarding the aircraft. Megan was easy to work with. She handled all the purchase details and even arranged delivery of our airplane. We highly recommend Aerolife.

- Lynn and Glen

Aerolife is a great company to work with. They are very accommodating and provide great service that makes the buying experience both smooth and pleasurable.

- Mitch

Megan was very thorough and professional. We thought the process went very smooth. Enjoyed working through the process. Many Thanks

- Bob & John

As first-time aircraft buyers, we felt in excellent hands with Megan at Aerolife. From the first moment of contact with her to the time we picked up our 1973 Cessna 177 Cardinal in Minnesota, Megan made the experience smooth, straight-forward and transparent. Megan went out of her way to explain specific technical questions we had, helped with recommendations on inspection items, arranged CFIs to get checked out and was available throughout the process to reassure and guide us through the logistics of the purchase process. We would definitely purchase from Aerolife Aviation in the future and wholeheartedly recommend the company, and especially Megan as an honest, fair and trustworthy airplane broker with top-notch customer service.

- Birgit, Henry and Kurt

Aerolife Aviation was great to deal with. Megan handled the buying process well from providing the paperwork, to getting the plane delivered to a mechanic for inspection, and arranging the plane to be delivered to Alabama. I think the plane looks great and I am very happy with the purchase.

- Randy S.

I really enjoyed dealing with Megan @ AeroLife Aviation during the purchase of this Cessna 182P. They delivered a plane that met every expectation as advertised. They held nothing back by providing all log's, AD's, & 337's for our review. Then upon inspection absolutely nothing was found not previously disclosed. I have purchased a really nice airplane thanks to Megan and her team.

- Tom A.

I will never be able to express my total gratitude and appreciation to Megan for her extremely professional, capable, friendly, honest, cleaver, resourceful, and experienced expertise! She not only helped me navigate the risky and sometimes stressful path to aircraft ownership, but spent numerous hours educating and helping me make the right decision in upgrades and other significant factors in the aircraft purchase. I am very impressed and totally trust Megan and Aerolife Aviation to satisfy all my future trade in and aircraft purchases. In fact, I will only deal with Aerolife Aviation and Megan from now on! A thousand thank you’s Megan! You made this happen!

- Patrick S.

I have been watching Megan do YouTube videos on aircraft for sale. She does such thorough reviews on the planes the previous owner could usually learn something about their old plane. You can imagine my pleasure when I saw a video about a 182 that I was actively interested in buying. When I got to see the plane in person it was exactly as described. Then AeroLife Aviation helped me with the training I needed and arranged for some routine maintenance I requested. Everything was above and beyond my high expectations. Thank you Megan and AeroLife Aviation
