This 1976 Cessna 172M Skyhawk can do 9 things that a standard 172M can’t. This is a rare chance for you to own a special plane. Most reliable and long lasting engine that usually goes 3000-3800 hours before overhaul. This 172 is even approved to run on auto gas (although it has been using avgas). If you want you can use auto gas and save about $1500 for every 100 hours you fly. Look at the upgrades and average costs. Paint - $13,000 Interior - $5,000 STOL kit - $4,500 Power Flow Exhaust - $5,500 Electronic ignition - $2,000 Panel upgrades - $5,000 ADS-B out - $2,200 Total - $37,200 If you were to do all these upgrades it would cost you around $37,000 and months of time.
